TruthDeck started as a question: how much of the self-improvement advice people follow has actually been tested? I spent months reading meta-analyses, replication studies, and systematic reviews across psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. Most of the popular advice didn't survive contact with the evidence. The stuff that did was often buried in papers nobody reads. This is an attempt to fix that.
